1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Stocked products: Ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Dropship products: Ship within 3–7 business days, depending on supplier availability.

If any item is unavailable or delayed, we will inform you promptly.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery time is calculated once your order has been dispatched.

Stocked Products

Shipped from our local warehouse.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within the EU): 2–7 business days

  • International (non-EU): 7–21 business days

Dropship Products

Some products are supplied by third-party partners located inside or outside the EU. Delivery times may vary depending on origin and destination:

  • EU destinations: 7–14 business days

  • Non-EU destinations: 10–30 business days

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately at no extra cost.

Guaranteed delivery:
If we fail to deliver your order within the stated maximum delivery timeframe, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order.
Certain products may include free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page.


4. Tracking Information

You will receive tracking details by email once your order is shipped.
For dropship items, tracking updates may take 3–5 business days depending on the supplier’s logistics system.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped from within the EU: No customs duties apply for EU customers.

  • Orders shipped from outside the EU: Customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local law.

All information regarding the origin of the shipment (EU or non-EU) will be included in the order confirmation when applicable.


6. Risk & Responsibility

In accordance with EU law, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the moment you (or a person you designate) receive them.

If your order is lost, damaged, or does not arrive:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund after assessing the situation.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct.
If an error results in a delivery issue, we will assist you in resolving it, but additional shipping costs may apply if the order must be resent.


8. Split Shipments

If your order contains items shipped from different locations (e.g., stocked and dropship products), they may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.
